Orders are processed in 24 hours and shipped in priority air mail worldwide from Helsinki, Finland. We provide a tracking code whenever applicable along the shipping confirmation email.

Shipping charges are not included in the product price unless otherwise stated. The shipping charge varies by weight and destination and is therefore calculated at the checkout process to offer you the cheapest way.

We cannot guarantee any exact delivery times, but can provide the following estimates as a guideline:

Finland 1-2 days
Inside EU 4-7 days
Rest of the world 7-14 days

Returns

Finnish residents: Reasonable returns within 14 days are accepted. All returns or exchanges are free to our customers. Returns form and instructions will be sent along your order.

EU Residents: We accept reasonable returns from orders inside EU. Our customers bear the charges for returning the package. In case of exchange we will send the new item(s) back to you free of charge.

Non-EU Residents: We don't accept returns outside EU for now, unless we have shipped wrong item/size/etc. All products are checked and shipped in mint condition.
